1981年湖南開關廠電氣試驗室從湖南開關廠分離出來，成立了湖南電器研究所，屬事業性質單位，上級主管為湖南省機械廳。在1985年湖南電器研究所機電工廠成立，主要從事電器產品的開發、制造，工廠屬全民所有制企業。自1985年~2001年期間，工廠先后開發、生產了GG-IA高壓開關設備、 HXGN環網柜的開發設計、制造，直流屏的設計、制造，GGD固定式開關柜、PGL屏、電容補償屏、配電箱的設計、制造。作為一個生產型企業初步具備了研發、生產高低壓開關設備的能力。 Preliminary stage In 1981, Hunan electric switch laboratory was separated from Hunan switch factory. Then, Hunan Electric Research Institute was established with its public institution in nature. Its authority is Hunan Department of Machinery. In 1985, Hunan Electric & Mechanical Institute was established, mainly involving in the development of electrical appliances and manufacturing with its collective ownership. From 1985 to 2001, our company has completed the design and manufacture of GG?IA high?voltage switchgear, HXGN ring cabinets, GGD fixed cabinets, PGL screens, compensation screens, and power distribution boxes. As a product?oriented enterprise, we have R&D experiences in high and low voltage switchgear equipment.

2002年，湖南電器研究所機電工廠進行了體制改革，名稱改為湖南科立電氣有限公司，由湖南電器研究所控股，員工參股。在起始的3到5年內，公司進入飛速發展期，產值從起始的幾百萬增加到6000多萬元；完成35KV/24KV/10KV中置式開關柜試驗報告、24KV/10KV箱式變電站試驗報告，取得智能箱式變電站設計證書和低壓開關設備（包括三種抽屜柜、固定柜、配電箱、電容屏等類型）21項“CCC”強制證書。完成高頻直流屏的設計、制造，獲得了多項發明專利和實用專利，公司產品銷往全國各地，并走出國門，進入到東南亞國家。 到2008年，公司申請了送變電工程安裝3級證書和承裝（修、試）四級證書，進入到工程施工、調試行列，為公司利潤的增長開辟了新的渠道。 Middle growth stage In 2002, Hunan Electric Mechanical Institute has started system reforming, and the name changed to Hunan Keli Electric Co., Ltd., and was controlled by the Hunan Electric Institute, the staff shares. Keli has completed a high?frequency DC screen design, manufacturing, and obtained a number of invention patents and practical patents. Our products are sold throughout the country and go out to Southeast Asian countries. In 2008, the company applied for Grade 3 certificate for installation and substation installation and Grade 4 certificate for repair and testing. Keli entered into the construction and commission level, thus opening up new channels for the company profit growth.

2014年，是湖南科立電氣有限公司穩定發展的轉折點，完成了股權改革，公司經營策略發生了重大改變。主要業務開拓重點轉向于電力工程總承包，快速發展變電站的運行、檢驗和維護業務，收購成立了湖南華卓工程設計咨詢有限公司和湖南科立瑞翔動力航空運動有限公司，致力于把公司建設成為集電力工程總承包、運檢預試、工程設計、電氣設備制造、銷售貿易、金融投資于一體的綜合性集團公司-科立集團。 目前，湖南科立電力建設有限公司，已跨進輸變電二級企業行列，公司將在未來的2到3年內，實現年產值過億元，保持利潤15%以上的穩定增長率，實現員工和企業共同發展的目標。 Steady growth stage 2014 was the milestone for Hunan Keli Electric Co., Ltd.
